Reiki and Sound Healing - Individual Session
During an individual Reiki and sound healing session the practitioner combines the light touch of Reiki and healing power of sound to produce an optimal healing experience.
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes which includes; 15 minute pre-session check-in, 45 minute hands on (or hands off) and sound healing, 15 minute post-session check-in.

Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Reiki - Individual Session
During an individual Reiki session the practitioner uses light touch or no touch throughout specific areas of the body on a fully clothed client.
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes which includes; 15 minute pre-session check-in, 45 minute hands on (or hands off) healing, 15 minute post-session check-in.
Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Sound Healing - Individual Session
During an individual sound healing session the practitioner uses different instruments and frequencies to bring relaxation and relief to client.
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes which includes; 15 minute pre-session check-in, 45 minute sound healing, 15 minute post-session check-in.

Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Aromatherapy - Add on
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts and oils to promote health and well-being. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve sleep quality and boost the immune system.
This is an add on service to your Reiki, sound healing, or combined Reiki and sound healing session. Using in conjunction will enhance therapeutic effects.
Group Sessions
Reiki, sound healing, and combined Reiki and sound healing sessions are also offered in group settings. Sessions can be held at Inner Pttrn or the workplace, at home, festivals, retreats, or a suitable space you have access to. Please email to arrange a group session experienceblissnyc@gmail.com.
Sessions are 60 minutes.
